It's Official...the oldest Jonas Brother, Kevin, is engaged! Kevin, 22, asked his girlfriend Danielle Deleasa, 21, a former hairdresser, to marry him. Kevin popped the question by showing up at Deleasa's New Jersey home with a 3-carat cushion-cut diamond ring that he helped codesign with Jacob & Co. The two met in May 2007 while on vacation with their families in the Bahamas. On the Jonas Brothers Official Twitter page, Nick and Joe wrote: "congrats big brother.....Dani welcome to the family, we can't wait to have you join us on the road! love Joe and Nick"

Michael Jackson's Will...(7/1/09)

Michael Jackson's will was filed with the court today. In his will, Jackson asks that his mother, Katherine, be the guardian of all three of his kids. His will also states that if Katherine died before him or couldn't serve as guardian, that he would want Diana Ross to become their guardian. There is also a petition that was filed along with the will, saying that Jackson's estate is worth more than $500,000,000. The petition says the estate "consists of non-cash, non-liquid assets, including primarily an interest in a catalog of music royalty rights which is currently being administered by Sony/ATV, and interests in various entities."

Michael Jackson has died was 50 years old. Michael suffered a cardiac arrest at his home and paramedics were unable to revive him.

Michael Jackson is survived by his kids, Michael Joseph Jackson, Jr., Paris Michael Katherine Jackson and Prince "Blanket" Michael Jackson II.

Today, the beloved Ed McMahon passed away.

He was best known as the longtime sidekick to Johnny Carson on The Tonight Show. Ed is well remembered from his catch phrase from The Tonight Show, "Heeeeeeeeere's Johnny!" He is also know from the work he did with American Family Publishers and also as the host of Star Search. He was 86 years old.

The new issue of People Magazine has 12 pages of the photos of Jennifer with husband Marc Anthony and their beautiful twins in the nursery and inside their home in Long Island. This issue hits newsstands Friday. Jennifer announced her pregnancy on November 8 during her final concert in Miami. She told the crowd, "Marc and I are expecting a baby!" Lopez's dad was the one who confirmed earlier this month that she was actually expecting twins.

Halle Berry gave birth on Sunday to a baby girl. The baby's name is now being released. Halle called Access Hollywood and spoke to Nancy O'Dell. Halle and Gabriel have named their daughter Nahla Ariela Aubry. (pronounced "GNAW-lah ARE-ee-EL-uh") Halle said, " We didn't have a name picked out until just before we left the hospital...For us it was hard to name the most important person in our life until we met her." In September Halle confirmed to Access Hollywood that she was expecting. She said," Gabriel and I are beyond excited, and I've waited a long time for this moment in my life. Now the next seven months will be the longest of my life!"

It's a girl for Halle Berry and her boyfriend Gabriel Aubry, who is a model. She weighed in at 7 pounds & 4 ounces and was born at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on Sunday Morning. This is Halle and Gabriel's first child. Halle, 41, and Gabriel, 32, met in November 2005. I will keep you posted when the name becomes available.

I cant believe that this girl that was with former NY Gov. Eliot Spitzer is becoming famous. All she did was sleep with him and now everyone knows who she is. She is probably also going to get the record deal that she has always wanted.

What is wrong with all of these people that get famous for their sex tapes (or sex scandal in this case)? Dont they know that if they want a career that they have to work for it and earn it the hard way. Look at some of the celebs out there, they have worked their whole lives to get where they are today. Some of them were once homeless or got rejected so many times before they got where they are today.

I dont know about any of you but, this whole thing is really annoying me. This girl is becoming famous overnight for something that should have never happened.

(Sorry I kept going on and on, it is just that this really bothers me!)

Okay. So... The girl that was with former NY Gov. Eliot Spitzer has been identified. Everyone is buzzing about her pics from her myspace page. Unfortunately for all of you, I am not going to post these pictures because I dont want to do so. If you want to check them out, please feel free to go to another site. I just dont want to give this girl any more satisfaction or press.

Personally, I am disgusted because I think that they said that this girl is only 22 years old. I understand that she is of the age of consent. This is not what bothers me. It is the fact that he cheated on his wife and also that this girl is only about 4 years older than his daughter. That just makes me sick to think about. More news to follow...(this story isnt over just yet)

Governor Resigned?!

NY Governor Eliot Spitzer has announced today that he will be resigning as The Governor of New York. It will become effective at noon on Monday, March 17. Lt. Gov. David A. Paterson will be sworn in to replace him. Spitzer said at a news conference in NYC, "I cannot allow for my private failings to disrupt the people's work." He went on to say, "Over the course of my public life, I have insisted - I believe correctly - that people take responsibility for their conduct. I can and will ask no less of myself. For this reason, I am resigning from the office of governor."

Cheatin' Gov.?

So The New York Times has reported that NY Governor Eliot Spitzer has been paying for prostitutes. He had at least seven or eight liaisons with different women from an agency over six months and it is reported that he paid more than $15,000. Some investigators believe that Spitzer has paid up to $80,000 for prostitutes over a period of several years. This all happened while he was Attorney General and currently while he is the Governor. He drew the attention of federal investigators when his bank reported suspicious money transfers, which initially led investigators to believe that Spitzer may have been hiding bribe proceeds. This investigation led to the discovery of the prostitution ring. I will keep you posted with more info when more is available.

Jonas Brothers: Waiting Until Marriage??

The Jonas Brothers have made a vow to abstain from sex until marriage. They each wear purity rings as "promises to ourselves and to God that we'll stay pure till marriage.", Joe told Details magazine.

Nick says that the rings are, "just one of our ways of kind of like being different than everybody else out there." He also added, "I got mine made at Disney World. It's pretty awesome."

Kevin (who is the oldest), got his ring from Tiffany's. He says, " It's pretty rock and roll. It's getting banged up a little bit because of the guitar."

Nick also said, "that screaming girls are awesome," but he also insists that "we always kind of stand for being a role model and trying to make a difference, and I think this is just one of our ways of kind of like being different than everybody else out there."

On her 90210 Cast Mates:

Pink (28) and her husband of two years, Carey Hart (32) are calling it quits. Pinks publicist Michele Schweitzer said, "Pink and Carey Hart have separated. This decision was made by best friends with a huge amount of love and respect for one another," says Schweitzer, adding, "While the marriage is over, their friendship has never been stronger."

They met in 2001 at the X Games and split up for a while in 2003. In 2005 when they were together again, Pink asked Carey to marry him. They were married January 2006 in Costa Rica.

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony are the proud parents of twins!! The baby boy and girl were born at 12:12 AM in Long Island. The girl weighed 5 lbs. 11 oz., and the boy weighed 6lbs. The names have not yet been released. These are Jennifer's first children and Marc's fourth and fifth.

Other celebs that have given birth recently include Christina Aguilera who had a boy named Max Liron Bratman, and Nicole Richie who had a girl named Harlow Winter Kate Madden with Joel Madden from the band Good Charlotte. Jessica Alba is also expecting a child later this year with Cash Warren and so is Halle Berry, Gwen Stefani, and Nicole Kidman. Wow... I will keep you posted!

Lindsay Lohan had to cancel her appearance on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" last night after her arrest. Rob Schneider replaced her and when he came out, he was dressed like her.

Here are some of the things that Jay Leno said last night during his monologue:

I guess you all heard the story by now. Early this morning, Lindsay Lohan was arrested on suspicion of DUI and possession of cocaine. She told cops she was just researching a role for a movie, in which she will play herself.

Didn't she just leave that rehab center in Malibu called "Promises"? I hope you kept the receipt. What is the promise? They keep the room ready for you?

I guess this is like the second time this year she's been arrested. Of course, under L.A. law she could do as much as 72 hours in jail. Let's hope she straightens it out.

We had Lindsay Lohan booked on the show tonight but apparently she was already booked... It's too bad about Lindsay. I thought our competition was Nightline and Letterman. Turns out it's "Cops" and "America's Most Wanted."

Even though this is no laughing matter, you have to admit that it was funny. Lets all hope that Lindsay gets better.

Lindsay Lohan's mother Dina says that she is "sick" over Lindsay's latest DUI arrest. She also says that her daughter is now "in a safe place." Dina Lohan told The Insider, "I am sick over this. My children, my family, we are like prisoners in our own home because paparazzi are stalking us outside our home. Lindsay is in a safe place, and we are trying to strategically work out our next step." The actress completed a 45 day stint at Promises rehab facility less that two weeks ago.

Lindsay's father Michael Lohan is also speaking out about his daughter. He has said that he is "heartbroken" by Lindsay's arrest. "I'm devasted by this, It's killing me, ripping me apart."

Early Tuesday morning in Santa Monica, California, Lindsay Lohan was arrested for suspicion of drunken driving after a short car chase. Lindsay's attorney said that she had "relapsed" and that she was receiving "medical care." Lindsay, who turned 21 on July 2, was search at the station and police found a "small" amount of cocaine in her pocket. She was booked for DUI, possession of cocaine, driving on a suspended license and transporting a narcotic into a custody facility. At the time of her arrest she was wearing her alcohol-detection ankle bracelet. The legal blood-alcohol level in California is .08. Lindsay's blood alcohol level was .12 percent and .13 percent as determined by two breathalyzer tests. She may also face an additional charge of driving under the influence of a controlled substance if concaine is found in her system. They will determine this through a urine test that she took while she was at the station. Lohan posted $25,000 bail and was released from jail at about 6:30 a.m. If charged and convicted of both DUI-related incidents, she will face a minimum four-day jail sentence. She has still not been formally charged by prosecutors from her arrest in May.

Paris Hilton Sent to Jail!

Paris Hilton has begun serving time in jail for violating probation. She turned herself in at a Los Angeles County Jail located in Lynwood California. Paris said, "This is an important point in my life and I need to take responsibility for my actions. In my future, I plan on taking more of an actibe role in the decisions I make. Although I am scared, I am ready to begin my jail sentence." Paris was supposed to show up Tuesday to start serving her term. It has been cut from 45 days to 23 days under state entencing guidelines. She will be held in a unit for celebrities and high profile inmates at the jail. The unit is told to be separated from the general prison population. Here is Paris' mug shot:

Paris Hilton was sentenced to 45 days in county jail for violating probation in an alcohol related reckless driving case by driving with a suspended license. Paris said, "I'm very sorry and from now on I'm going to pay complete attention to everything. I'm sorry and I did not do it on purpose at all." "There's no doubt she knew her license had been suspended," said Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer. He ordered Paris to to report to a women's jail in surburban Lynwood by June 5. Paris' mother Kathy was upset about the ruling saying, "This is pathetic and disgusting, a waste of taxpayer money with all this nonsense. This is a joke." Her father Rick Hilton was also with her. In Januray, Paris pleaded no contest to reckless driving stemming from a September 7 arrest in Hollywood. Police said that she appeared to be intoxicated and failed a field sobritey test. Her blood alcohol level was .08 percent which is in violation of the law. She was sentenced to alcohol education, 36 months probation, and $1,500 in fines.

"AMERICA" Gives Back

Last night was the “American Idol: Idol Gives Back” show. They wanted to raise money to help Africa and poverty in the U.S. The show raised $30 million for the charity! It showed clips from Simon Cowell and Ryan Seacrest in Africa and Paula Abdul and Randy Jackson going to see people in need as well. Also 70 million votes were cast the night before. This set a new record and doubled last week’s 38 million votes! No one went home last night because it was only a charity show. Next week though two people will be

sent home and this week’s votes will be carried over to next week. It's not to late to give money if you have not and still wish to; every amount counts! Some of the highlights are available on iTunes and all proceeds go to help children living in extreme poverty in Africa and the U.S.

Leaving "THE VIEW"!

Rosie O'Donnell has announced today that she will be leaving "The View". She said it is because ABC has been unable to come to a contractual agreement with her. Her duties on the show will end in mid-June due to this. Rosie said she wanted to stay on the show for one more year but ABC wanted three. She said she will appear though occasionally next season for things like a planned one-hour special on autism. Rosie said, "It just didn't work, and that's show biz. But it's not sad because I loved it here and I love you guys and I'm not going away." The show has gotten great ratings because of O'Donnell but her outspokenness has always caused continual controversy. Barbara Walters had this to say, "We have had, to say the least, an interesting year, this is not my doing or my choice." What is your take on this whole situation? Finally, Sanjaya has been voted off American Idol. On the April 18th results show, Sanjaya, the most controversial contestant, was placed in the bottom three and was eliminated. The other two contestants included in the bottom three were LaKisha Jones and Blake Lewis. Then for his farewell performance, he substituted "other than hair" in place of "how about love" after the line "let's give them something to talk about." I guess America got sick of the Sanjaya hype. It was about time, now the real competition can begin and we can have a real American Idol.

They think her rapid weight loss could be from a shot in the arm. A series of shots can literally melt extra pounds away. I don't know what Britney has done but whatever it is, it's working. The New York Times said: "As an album “The Best Damn Thing” is too relentless to be heard end to end. Its songs are expected to bring occasional jolts to a playlist."

The Boston Globe said: "The songs are furiously bouncy and unbelievably vapid."

And Slant Magazine said: "The Best Damn Thing is a big step back for an artist who was just starting to grow up."

Though if you look on iTunes, most of her fans really like the new album.

Justin Timberlake has nothing but kind words for his ex, Cameron Diaz. The two were together for nearly for years and broke up earlier this month. He talks about the split in British GQ. He says, "It's hard for me to talk about because we're talking about a person that I love and respect." He would never talk bad about Cameron and says that he would never want anyone else to either. He says, " If I hear anyone say anything bad about Cameron then I'll have something to say to them."

Justin was also asked about Britney Spears, his other ex. He told the mag, "Honestly, I am so far removed from that situation."

Justin is such a nice guy. He never talks bad about his ex's and he always looks out for them and tries to protect them.

What is America thinking keeping Sanjaya Malakar on American Idol. Even though he has a little bit of a voice, there are much better singers in the competition. Singers that are better then Sanjaya are going home when they should be staying and he should be the one leaving. When Gina Glocksen went home, I was shocked. She had a great voice and should have made it much farther than she did. Simon Cowell has said that if Sanjaya wins this year, he will not come back again next year to judge.

Another thing, does Sanjaya know that his hair looks stupid. Every week he comes out thinking he looks cool when he really looks like a fool. Also, what's up with his new mustache? I won't even get into that now!

They also talked about how much privacy celebs deserve. Jimmy really put this woman in her place by using personal evidence and logic. All this woman did was smile and roll her eyes and laugh. Jimmy Kimmel really caught this woman off guard. Personally, I think that celebs really should not be stalked, they deserve to have personal lives too. Anyway, check it out for yourself.

Two months after Anna Nicole Smith's death, her baby Dannielynn will finally know who her true father is. A Bahamian court ruled on April 10, 2007 that DNA testing proved that Larry Birkhead is the father of 7 month old Dannielynn Hope. Howard K. Stern, Anna's companion has said that he will give sole custody to Birkhead.

This baby should have been born knowing who her father was all along. They should have never waited this long and should have never let it get so out of control. Now that everyone knows the truth, they should just leave Larry and Dannielynn alone so they can live normal lives.
