Okay. So... The girl that was with former NY Gov. Eliot Spitzer has been identified. Everyone is buzzing about her pics from her myspace page. Unfortunately for all of you, I am not going to post these pictures because I dont want to do so. If you want to check them out, please feel free to go to another site. I just dont want to give this girl any more satisfaction or press.

Personally, I am disgusted because I think that they said that this girl is only 22 years old. I understand that she is of the age of consent. This is not what bothers me. It is the fact that he cheated on his wife and also that this girl is only about 4 years older than his daughter. That just makes me sick to think about. So The New York Times has reported that NY Governor Eliot Spitzer has been paying for prostitutes. He had at least seven or eight liaisons with different women from an agency over six months and it is reported that he paid more than $15,000. Some investigators believe that Spitzer has paid up to $80,000 for prostitutes over a period of several years. This all happened while he was Attorney General and currently while he is the Governor. He drew the attention of federal investigators when his bank reported suspicious money transfers, which initially led investigators to believe that Spitzer may have been hiding bribe proceeds. This investigation led to the discovery of the prostitution ring. I will keep you posted with more info when more is available.

The Jonas Brothers have made a vow to abstain from sex until marriage. They each wear purity rings as "promises to ourselves and to God that we'll stay pure till marriage.", Joe told Details magazine.

Pink (28) and her husband of two years, Carey Hart (32) are calling it quits. Pinks publicist Michele Schweitzer said, "Pink and Carey Hart have separated. This decision was made by best friends with a huge amount of love and respect for one another," says Schweitzer, adding, "While the marriage is over, their friendship has never been stronger."

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony are the proud parents of twins!! The baby boy and girl were born at 12:12 AM in Long Island. The girl weighed 5 lbs. 11 oz., and the boy weighed 6lbs. The names have not yet been released. These are Jennifer's first children and Marc's fourth and fifth. Other celebs that have given birth recently include Christina Aguilera who had a boy named Max Liron Bratman, and Nicole Richie who had a girl named Harlow Winter Kate Madden with Joel Madden from the band Good Charlotte. Jessica Alba is also expecting a child later this year with Cash Warren and so is Halle Berry, Gwen Stefani, and Nicole Kidman. Wow... I will keep you posted!

Lindsay has finally spoken out about her arrest for DUI and possession of cocaine. When asked by Access Hollywood's Billy Bush if there was anything that she wanted "to get out there", Lindsay responded in an email stating, "Yes. I am innocent... did not do drugs they're not mine. I was almost hit by my assistant Tarin's mom. I appreciate everyone giving me my privacy."

Lindsay Lohan's mother Dina says that she is "sick" over Lindsay's latest DUI arrest. She also says that her daughter is now "in a safe place." Dina Lohan told The Insider, "I am sick over this. My children, my family, we are like prisoners in our own home because paparazzi are stalking us outside our home. Lindsay is in a safe place, and we are trying to strategically work out our next step." The actress completed a 45 day stint at Promises rehab facility less that two weeks ago.

Lindsay's father Michael Lohan is also speaking out about his daughter. He has said that he is "heartbroken" by Lindsay's arrest. "I'm devasted by this, It's killing me, ripping me apart."

Early Tuesday morning in Santa Monica, California, Lindsay Lohan was arrested for suspicion of drunken driving after a short car chase. Lindsay's attorney said that she had "relapsed" and that she was receiving "medical care." Lindsay, who turned 21 on July 2, was search at the station and police found a "small" amount of cocaine in her pocket. She was booked for DUI, possession of cocaine, driving on a suspended license and transporting a narcotic into a custody facility. At the time of her arrest she was wearing her alcohol-detection ankle bracelet. The legal blood-alcohol level in California is .08. Lindsay's blood alcohol level was .12 percent and .13 percent as determined by two breathalyzer tests. She may also face an additional charge of driving under the influence of a controlled substance if concaine is found in her system. They will determine this through a urine test that she took while she was at the station. Lohan posted $25,000 bail and was released from jail at about 6:30 a.m. If charged and convicted of both DUI-related incidents, she will face a minimum four-day jail sentence. She has still not been formally charged by prosecutors from her arrest in May.

Paris Hilton has begun serving time in jail for violating probation. She turned herself in at a Los Angeles County Jail located in Lynwood California. Paris said, "This is an important point in my life and I need to take responsibility for my actions. In my future, I plan on taking more of an actibe role in the decisions I make. Although I am scared, I am ready to begin my jail sentence." Paris was supposed to show up Tuesday to start serving her term. It has been cut from 45 days to 23 days under state entencing guidelines. She will be held in a unit for celebrities and high profile inmates at the jail. The unit is told to be separated from the general prison population. Here is Paris' mug shot:

Paris Hilton was sentenced to 45 days in county jail for violating probation in an alcohol related reckless driving case by driving with a suspended license. Paris said, "I'm very sorry and from now on I'm going to pay complete attention to everything. I'm sorry and I did not do it on purpose at all." "There's no doubt she knew her license had been suspended," said Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer. He ordered Paris to to report to a women's jail in surburban Lynwood by June 5. Paris' mother Kathy was upset about the ruling saying, "This is pathetic and disgusting, a waste of taxpayer money with all this nonsense. This is a joke." Her father Rick Hilton was also with her. In Januray, Paris pleaded no contest to reckless driving stemming from a September 7 arrest in Hollywood. Police said that she appeared to be intoxicated and failed a field sobritey test. Her blood alcohol level was .08 percent which is in violation of the law. She was sentenced to alcohol education, 36 months probation, and $1,500 in fines.
